Rock Falls Pinot Noir has silky tannins making it very food-friendly. Pinot Noir goes very well with dishes prepared with fruit and dishes with fruit sauce that is lightly on the tart side like venison with a sour cherry reduction or pork loin with a raspberry balsamic glaze. Other foods that pair superbly with Pinot Noir are grilled meaty fish, roasted chicken, filet mignon, strawberries, goat cheese, mushrooms, and light to medium red sauces.
