Callister Merlot - Ripe fruit including red cherries, strawberry, plum and blueberry. Hints of purple flowers, fern, mint, and licorice. Silky tannins with a medium-long finish.

Merlot is a very versatile wine that can be paired with a wide range of foods like poultry, red meat, pastas, toasted cheese dishes, and braised short ribs. Merlot does not pair well with fish or spicy foods.
